When the COVID-19 pandemic forced schools across the nation to shift abruptly to online instruction, educators faced vastly different levels of readiness to engage with digital platforms. In Southern Indiana, the University of Evansville sought to provide professional development to help teachers meet this moment, but needed a partner to design and deliver a scalable, high-quality training program.

Approach

The university partnered with e|solve to create and implement a virtual training model that met educators where they were. Our team designed interactive online modules, facilitated live discussion sessions, and provided real-time technical support to ensure teachers could confidently navigate new tools and platforms. The focus: equipping educators with practical skills and certifications to thrive in a digital classroom environment.

Impact

  • 835 educators earned Google Level 1 or Level 2 Certification

  • 95% completion rate across all modules

  • Google Certification Training facilitated by e|solve, empowering teachers across the region
