Challenge
Faced with shrinking enrollment, ongoing financial strain, and mounting facility needs, a public school district reached a critical crossroads. Years of studies had recommended consolidating buildings, but without a unified plan or community consensus, student support services lagged, teacher pay remained stagnant, and resources were stretched too thin.
Approach
To shift from indecision to action, the district partnered with e|solve to lead a community-centered, data-informed transformation. We facilitated dozens of stakeholder meetings, reviewed feasibility and facility studies, and convened a Visionary Committee composed of parents, educators, staff, and community leaders. Together, this group shaped a strategic plan focused on long-term sustainability and equitable access to opportunity for all students.
