Jen works closely with clients in the prototyping, testing, and implementation phases of their designed solution. Since joining the firm in 2017, Jen has focused on creating and developing an instructional coaching model to support schools in increasing their overall effectiveness. She brings exceptional experience in professional development around PBIS strategies, curriculum planning and mapping, literacy instruction, and differentiated instruction. For over 25 years, she has taught in various positions, instructing both special education and general education students in ELA and social studies.  She has used her professional skills within schools as an instructional coach, a member of school leadership teams, and as an athletic coach.  She earned a Bachelors in Special Education from the University of Evansville and a Masters in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University.
