Using a customized design thinking model, our team assisted clients with developing a comprehensive counseling solution. All five of the competitive grants were awarded a total of more than $1 million.   

Working with a large group of community leaders, our team surveyed the community at large, conducted focus groups, and guided leaders through the process of setting goals and action steps.

Providing ongoing training to ensure continual growth of all levels of leadership, our team has developed numerous trainings designed to increase capacity and engage staff and volunteers. 

Working alongside school leaders, teachers, and community leaders our team assisted in the creation of a comprehensive plan designed to increase satisfaction with the schools post-secondary education prep through a PreK-12 approach.  

By guiding community and school leaders through the process of reviewing data, collecting community input, and designing solutions to the complex challenges of today, our team engaged in a year long process to develop solutions to some of the most difficult problems they have faced.
