OUR PROCESS

eSolve has developed a customized design thinking process. The team at eSolve has worked with over 50 organizations throughout Indiana to create comprehensive solutions that leverage the organization’s strengths and address challenges. The model has been used with community organizations, school districts, the justice system, community foundations, and others to prepare models that best meet the needs of the customer or end user.

Using this process, the eSolve team has helped secure more than $5,000,000 in competitive grants since 2017. Beyond securing grant monies, the design process has helped organizations improve the services they offer and increased the positive impact they have on the end user. Examples include, developing graduation pathways for K-12 education, enhancing one county’s justice system through a comprehensive review, right-sizing a school corporation and increasing student opportunities, developing comprehensive counseling models that include social emotional supports, designing curriculum, creating strategic plans, and developing community asset maps to guide grant making.
