Melissa works closely with clients in the prototyping, testing, and implementation phases of their designed solution. Melissa has devoted her talents to creating and developing an instructional coaching program. She has extensive experience within the field of education. Her familiarity and expertise in developing and offering professional development in curriculum mapping, PBIS practices, educational best practices, classroom management, differentiated instruction, and using technology in the classroom provides valuable thought partnership with our clients. Spending nearly 20 years in
education, including almost 10 years of coaching experience, her credentials give our team and clients peace of mind as they take on the challenging work of support and improvement of instruction. Following her bachelor studies in Political Science at the University of Evansville and later her Masters in Education from Oakland City University, Melissa has taught and coached in various schools, developing a love for middle school instruction.
